Refund policy

Not right? Not a problem.  Swit Swoo is happy to offer a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order.  Please email hello@switswoo.online prior to returning any items.

Returned items must be in new and unworn condition with all of the original packaging.  We will not accept any returned merchandise where there is any indication that the item has been used. In such cases the item will be returned to the purchaser.  Please note that earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

Returns should be sent via registered post.  We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery for your return as we are not liable for goods lost in transit. 

Once we have processed your return you will receive notification via email.  All successful returns will be credited to the original method used for payment, less the original shipping cost.  Please note refunds can take 5-10 days to show in your account.

Exchange:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size please return the item to us as stated above, filling in the relevant section on the returns form. We will ship your alternative size once we have received your returned goods. If the alternative size is unavailable we will notify you and credit the original card.
